Delivery Costs
Unless stated otherwise, the delivery costs are stated at time of purchase. House of Kerry is able to arrange carriage of goods to most international addresses and will always seek to use the most cost effective service insofar as this does not affect the quality of service.
International
We ship internationally and we use standard airmail service to deliver most orders. Delivery times are between 9am – 5pm on business days. Please do not request that your parcel be left outside or near your premises as we cannot ask the postman to do this and for security reasons cannot write any messages on the package.

Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once we have shipped your order you will receive a notification to the email address you provided during your check out.
For European customers, you should expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days via standard mail service. For international customers, you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, there’s no track and trace service for any order under €150.00. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please contact us via e-mail directly.
Returns & refunds
We guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we will issue a refund to items that are returned to us within 7 days of delivery, in the same unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You must also inform us of your intention to return the product by e-mail to houseofkerry@gmail.com before returning items. There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders.
