Inspired by a journey to the Rub’ al Khali desert Christine and her family were surprised and delighted to find it teeming with life. The highlight was seeing and hearing about the Arabian Oryx, the national symbol of the UAE, once extinct but through a re introduction and conservation programme are now thriving. Art and design by Christine in Ireland, printed and crafted in Italy.
